REFUND POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. Return instructions will be provided after contacting our support team.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your return.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping

To return a product, you must first contact us at:

We will then provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location

For returns of higher-value items (over $75 AUD), we recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service, or
  • Purchasing shipping insurance

ZENYSTE cannot guarantee that returned items will be received without tracking.


6. Consumer Rights (Australia)

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do
